In th Elemental Bonds: Doubt quest from Cataclysm 4.2 patch, you'll need to protct Thrall from his doubts that are manifesting. What you have to do, is to keep taking down those guys called Essence of Doubt until that bar rises, at least that is on the PTR atm. It's pretty easy, and from time to time you'll get some nice cutscenes. Here are some screenshots about Elemental Bonds: Doubt Quest in WoW Cataclysm:
The Doubt Quest is only one quest from the Elemental Bonds quest line, one of the most beautiful quests in all World of Warcraft: Cataclysm.
