Scouting Report quest in Mists of Pandaria is a quite nice chain of quests that you'll need to do that will give you a fair amount of experience. The entire quest is taking place in the Jade Forest. You need to find Jade Witch Hut and then follow the quest from there. It's no point in writing things down because you'll find everything explained in the video bellow. This quest however brings back memories of Cataclysm quest chains.
Personally, I really love this kind of questing in WoW and they should be introduced more often. So, have fun completing Scouting Report Quest Chain. I made this post because I have found very frustrating looking for that warning sign (the part where you need to inspect that warning sign).
