WoW Random Race Changing Hat - Faded Wizard Hat - WoW Quest
If you saw Horde players changing their race (even in Goblin), note that there is a long quest chain (low level) in Azshara (patch 4.0.3) that gives you this race changing item called Faded Wizard Hat. So if you asked yourself how to change your character race in WoW (appearance only of course) here is the answer:
The quest chain is long and starts in Bilgewater Harbor with the quest Azshara Blues from Teemo and ends with with Farewell, Minnow quest from the dragon named Azuregos. Just complete all the quests between these two and you will have the race changing Faded Wizard Hat. So that's how you can change your race (appearance) in WoW if you play as Horde. Note that the race changing is radom and has a 30 minutes cooldown.
