Throne of the Tides entrance - WoW Cataclysm Dungeon
As you can see, in WoW: Cataclysm you cannot enter in random dungeon unless you discovered the dungeon's entrance first. If you want to enter Throne of the Tides instance and want to know where it is take a look at the following picture and go there, you'll find the entrance easily from there.
