This quest is easy. To complete Rampaging Mosbears Quest just follow the following steps:
1. Speak with Gefion in Altgard.
2. Hunt Starved Mosbear and Fierce Mosbear under Idun's Lake.
3. Return to Gefion and then go see Skanin.
4. Hunt Komu Silverclaw, and get Komu's Horn.
5. Meet Gefion fo rward (28900 XP and 3000kinah).
The locations of the mobs are marked on the map.
