If you've reached level 10 as a warrior class in Aion and you don't know witch class to choose between Gladiator and Templar then this guide is for you.
The gladiator is the offensive subclass of the warrior. He can tank well in most cases, but in some hard instances they simply cannot handle the tank spot, even with the most skilled cleric around. He has good DPS (lower then the assassin) and some cool AOE melee attacks. Gladiators use polearms or two handed swords mainly. In PvP they are very good if they can keep the opponent in melee range combat.
The templar is the best tanker in Aion. They have the most defense and most defensive skills. His weapons are one handed swords and maces along with a mighty shield. He is designed to be the main tank of the game. Along with the cleric, the templar is very hunted class for raids and groups. In PvP due to his insane defense he is very hard to kill.
So if you want an offensive warrior choose the gladiator. If you want to be the group tanker and play defensive, choose the templar.
