Gerger's Request is very annoying quest if you dont pay attention. Here is the quest guide:
1. Talk to Germir in Altgard.
2. Find the Flag Box at the waterfall and take Geger insignia.
3. Return to Germir for reward (4000 XP and 500 kinah).
The Gerger insignia is in a small purple chest named Flag Box in the water, in front of the waterfall. Is small and hard to see, but the location of the Gerger insignia is there.
